Cinnanut Granola

Preheat oven to 275 degrees.

 

Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking sheet.

 

1 ½ Cup coconut flakes

 

1 Cup raw walnuts

 

1 Cup raw pecans, chopped

 

1 Cup slices almonds

 

1 teaspoon sea salt

 

1/3 Cup coconut oil

 

¼ Cup local honey

 

Tablespoon grass-fed butter

 

1 Tablespoon cinnamon

 

In a large bowl, combine coconut flakes, walnuts, pecans, almonds and sea salt.

 

Place coconut oil, honey, butter and cinnamon in a small sauce pan and melt over low heat, stirring occasionally until fully melted and combined.

 

Pour mixture over the nuts, stir to coat and place on baking sheet in a single layer.

 

Bake for 20 minutes and then give the granola a stir. Bake for approximately 20 more minutes.

 

Let cool and it’s ready for its multiple uses.
