Avocado and Hearts of Palm with Zesty Lime

Hearts of Palm- 2 14-oz cans (drained and sliced 1-inch thick)
Hass Avocado- 1 (cut into 1-inch pieces)
Purple Onion- 1⁄4 Cup, slivers
Cilantro- 1⁄2 Cup (chopped)

Dressing:
Mayonnaise- 2 Tablespoons, high-quality or homemade
Coconut Oil- 1 Tablespoon
Lime- 1 (juice and zest)

Whisk together mayonnaise, oil, and lime, pour over ingredients and toss.
